Greet and assist spa guests as the facility's first impression; manage bookings, act as concierge, provide efficient courteous service, and perform administrative and clerical tasks to support spa departments.

Lead day-to-day operations for the new Namm Spa, managing finances, staff, and services to meet revenue and profit targets while ensuring exceptional guest experiences, quality service standards, and regulatory certifications for therapists.

Support the Spa Manager to deliver excellent spa services. Supervise staff scheduling and treatments, ensure guest care and safety, manage inventory, maintenance, sales reporting, marketing, and hotel liaison while developing team performance and standards.

Support Director of Rooms in overseeing Front Office, Housekeeping, Laundry, Concierge, Fitness, and Club Lounge. Lead Housekeeping operations, enforce cleanliness and brand standards, conduct quality inspections, resolve guest issues, coach and develop staff, assist hiring and succession planning, and help manage departmental expenses and budgeting to ensure excellent guest experience and operational efficiency.

Oversee Food Safety Management System (FSMS): implement and maintain procedures, lead FSMS team, run internal audits, investigate non-conformities and foodborne incidents, deliver training, coordinate vendor visits, control documentation, and report system effectiveness to General Manager.

Support the Director of Marketing Communications with hotel marketing and events, including advertising, direct and online marketing, event planning and organization, budgeting, campaign execution, performance review, and measurement while following brand standards and tools.

Manage room reservations across phone, email, website, and third-party channels. Accurately enter, modify, and cancel bookings in the PMS, verify guest/payment details, apply rates and promotions, upsell packages, coordinate with internal teams, monitor inventory and policies, and resolve or escalate booking issues while maintaining records and reports.

Lead and manage all front office operations to ensure exceptional guest service. Oversee check-in/check-out, reservations, concierge, billing, and room inventory. Recruit, train, and mentor front office staff; create SOPs and training programs. Monitor guest satisfaction and collaborate with housekeeping, engineering, F&B, and sales. Handle escalations, manage distribution channels and pricing strategies, maintain records and reports, and implement technology and best-practice improvements to optimize occupancy, revenue, and guest experience.

Greet guests, tour the spa, schedule appointments, manage bookings, handle cash and balance revenue, notify staff of cancellations or unscheduled arrivals, and upsell/upgrade services while maintaining professionalism.

Oversee daily operation, maintenance, and performance of the hotel's plant room and utility systems. Ensure mechanical, electrical, and water treatment equipment operate safely and efficiently, supervise plant room staff, and coordinate preventive maintenance to support uninterrupted hotel operations.

Manage all stewarding department operations including equipment maintenance, inventory and purchasing for china/glassware/silverware, budgeting, and hiring, training, supervising, and disciplining stewarding staff.

Supervise engineering staff and discipline; oversee all repairs and maintenance; plan operations to save energy and increase productivity; maintain tools and equipment; ensure materials used economically and safely; coordinate with other departments and report staff performance to Director.

Manage and ensure Dusit International D-SAFE fire and life safety compliance across Guam properties. Oversee MEP systems for fire protection, perform and document inspections, testing, and maintenance, coordinate drills and emergency response training, maintain safety equipment and reports, and liaise with engineering, operations, and external fire authorities.

Develop, implement, and monitor safety and compliance programs across Dusit Guam properties. Ensure adherence to local regulations, corporate policies, and international hotel safety standards. Lead risk assessments, emergency response planning, inspections, and compliance training while collaborating with department heads, HR, and leadership to maintain a safe environment and drive continuous improvement in safety performance.

Supervise and coordinate all hotel recreational programs, overseeing guest-facing activities (entertainment, sports, wellness), maintaining facilities, staffing, and safety. Train, mentor, and manage recreation team members to deliver engaging, organized programs and exceptional guest service.

Oversee and perform electrical maintenance including load centers and general lighting, complete repair work orders, conduct preventive maintenance, report daily activities to the Chief Engineer, attend assigned meetings, and inform the Chief Engineer of departmental events.

Monitor hotel pool area to ensure guest safety, enforce rules, perform rescues and CPR, provide first aid, inspect equipment, maintain cleanliness, and communicate pool information to guests.
