Maintains maximum and minimum stock levels, conducts physical inventories, follows up on replenishment requests, monitors expiration dates and slow-moving items, prevents spoilage and loss, prepares receiving and inventory reports, and coordinates delivery issues with purchasing.

Oversee HVACR systems across multiple luxury resort properties. Ensure efficient, reliable, and energy-conscious operation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment to maintain a comfortable environment for guests and staff.

Supports daily HR operations by maintaining confidential employee records, assisting recruitment and onboarding, distributing benefits materials, tracking compliance requirements, and coordinating employee relations documentation and meetings. The role helps improve departmental efficiency and supports HR services for hotel employees and management.
