Territory-based sales role responsible for generating new revenue and expanding accounts by prospecting manufacturers, OEMs, integrators, and distributors. Manage full sales cycle, build technical relationships with engineering and operations, develop consultative conveyor/material-handling solutions, maintain CRM pipeline, and travel ~60% across a multi-state territory.

Administer and manage employee benefits programs including health, retirement, leave, and wellness. Oversee enrollments, HRIS integrations, vendor relationships, compliance (ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, ACA, FMLA), audits, billing reconciliation, reporting, and employee communications. Support benefits strategy, vendor selection, and improvements to cost-effectiveness and employee experience.

Drive revenue growth across a multi-state territory by prospecting, building relationships, and closing consultative B2B sales of conveyor and material-handling solutions. Manage full sales cycle, maintain CRM pipeline, collaborate with engineering, and travel frequently to meet customers and evaluate applications.

Process high-volume vendor invoices and employee expenses, ensure three-way match to POs/receipts, run weekly payments (ACH/checks/wires), reconcile vendor statements, maintain vendor master data and W-9/1099 info, support month-end AP accruals and subledger reconciliations, respond to inquiries, and support audits and process improvements.

Manage day-to-day production operations, lead and train production staff, ensure on-time customer deliveries, maintain quality and efficiency, implement lean/5S and safety practices, coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet schedules and continuous improvement goals.

Manage manufacturing projects from planning through delivery by coordinating cross-functional teams, scheduling and tracking orders in Epicor, managing budgets and resources, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, and proactively resolving issues to meet project timelines.

Assemble and test equipment sub-assemblies and full machine systems to engineering specifications. Measure, drill, tap, align, and adjust parts using shop tools and gauges; operate lathes and metalworking machines; perform quality inspections and maintain a safe, clean work environment.

Set up, run, and monitor CNC mills, lathes, and routers to produce precision parts. Interpret blueprints/CAD files, load materials, perform CNC programming and tool offsets, verify dimensions with precision instruments, conduct routine maintenance, and ensure quality control in a manufacturing environment.

Design, program, and troubleshoot PLC and HMI controls for packaging machinery. Create electrical schematics and BOMs using AutoCAD Electrical, specify components, lead projects from concept through FAT and customer acceptance, ensure UL/CE/CSA safety compliance, and support sales, assembly, procurement, and service. Travel 10–20%.

Drive regional sales of packaging machinery through direct and distributor channels across the Pacific Northwest. Build customer relationships, manage pipeline and sales metrics, deliver product training, draft accurate order specifications, and execute strategic account penetration to grow revenue and ensure on-time project delivery.

Lead global parts and service operations for aftermarket support, develop strategic roadmap, grow revenue and margins, optimize customer satisfaction, launch new service offerings, conduct market analysis, and manage cross-functional relationships while coaching and developing a technical service team.

Coordinate and expedite flow of work and materials to meet daily/weekly production schedules. Conduct capacity analysis, issue and track production orders, interface with manufacturing and purchasing, monitor KPIs, oversee cycle counts, and analyze labor and production efficiencies.

Lead accounting operations including month-end close, financial reporting, internal controls, audit coordination, AR/AP, inventory/cost accounting, payroll, intercompany consolidation, cash and working capital management, and process improvement for a lean finance team.

Assemble and rework electrical/electromechanical subassemblies using wiring diagrams, schematics, and blueprints. Cut, route, twist, and terminate wires; perform fine-dexterity assembly tasks, trouble-shoot and report issues, maintain 5S and participate in continuous improvement activities and cell meetings. Follow safety procedures and complete assigned production tasks.

Provide frontline technical support to internal and external customers via phone and email; troubleshoot packaging and automation equipment, create and manage support cases, coordinate with service and engineering, develop technical documentation and training, and provide occasional onsite diagnostics and after-hours coverage as part of a rotation.

Assemble conveyor components on a factory shop floor, read bills of materials and blueprints, follow verbal and written work instructions, meet due dates, work in teams, observe safety procedures, use equipment properly, and report unsafe conditions. ERP experience is a plus.

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and debug packaging machinery; perform mechanical and electrical inspections, PLC downloads/edits, adjustments, and Factory Acceptance Tests; document changes and coordinate with engineering, production, sales, and customers. May perform field service and travel up to 50%.

Provide advanced 3rd-level technical support for optical and X-ray processing equipment, troubleshooting electrical, controls, networking, software, and mechanical issues; coordinate cross-functional resolution, support commissioning and field visits, maintain documentation, train service personnel, and participate in NPI and after-hours rotating support.

Design and test large-scale custom food-manufacturing equipment (coating drums, powder dispensing, liquid spray). Collaborate with engineers and project managers, support manufacturing and service, perform application testing, assist with startups at customer sites, and provide technical support.

Design, develop, and maintain electrical schematics, PCB designs, wiring and control panel layouts for automated sorting systems. Debug PCBs and system-level issues, support production-ready designs, testing, compliance (UL/IEC/NEC), ECN/ECO documentation, project delivery within cost and schedule, and field installations/commissioning.
