Program, set up, operate, and adjust CNC and manual machine tools from 3D models and blueprints. Perform CAM programming, verify part tolerances with precision measuring tools, troubleshoot machining operations, and provide training and support to other production staff.

Assemble equipment sub-assemblies and complete machine systems to engineering specifications. Verify parts against blueprints, drill/tap and align components, operate lathes and metalworking machines, test machine operation, perform quality inspections, maintain safety and cleanliness, and assist with material handling. Troubleshoot electrical, PLC (Structured Text), pneumatic, mechanical, motor control, sensors, and encoders; log and prioritize cases in CRM; communicate with customers and internal teams; escalate complex issues to R&D or factories; travel 10-20% and work a 4x10 schedule with overtime eligibility.

Lead post-sale strategy and sales execution for parts, service, and value-add offerings. Drive aftermarket revenue, margins, product development, forecasts, pricing, dealer management, cross-functional alignment, and customer experience while managing P&L and executing go-to-market plans.

Process customer sales orders and create manufacturing works orders, track parts and production through assembly to delivery, close works orders for invoicing, support KPIs for revenue recognition and on-time deliveries, handle parts enquiries, and assist with intercompany warehouse program.
