Designs and develops PLC programs for material handling equipment, determines system requirements with customers and project teams, supports electrical installation, and debugs controls and motor components. The role participates throughout the product development lifecycle, resolves site requirement changes independently, and supports equipment installation. Regular travel may be required, along with collaboration across engineering, installation, management, and customer teams.

Supports daily accounting operations, month-end close, general ledger maintenance, journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, financial reporting, project accounting, revenue recognition, inventory accounting, cash management, audits, and internal controls. Maintains fixed asset records and supports accounts payable, accounts receivable, purchase card administration, profitability analysis, and process improvements while ensuring compliance with GAAP and company policies.

Leads technical support for conveyor equipment by managing customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, coordinating internal engineering, service, and parts resources, and escalating problems as needed. Handles warranty requests, service and installation quotes, purchase orders, field changes, technical bulletins, SOPs, and root-cause analyses. Requires strong analytical, communication, decision-making, and relationship-building skills in office and manufacturing environments, with periodic travel.
