Designs and develops electrical systems, control panels, schematics, specifications, and component requirements for material handling equipment. Ensures designs meet customer, code, and industry standards; prepares bills of materials and terminal lists; supports installation, commissioning, and field troubleshooting. Collaborates with project managers, controls engineers, customers, vendors, and installers while mentoring team members and maintaining engineering tools, software, and databases.

Designs, programs, tests, troubleshoots, commissions, and supports industrial control systems for food processing equipment. Responsibilities include PLC, HMI, VFD, servo, electrical, and industrial network controls; machine debugging and startup; customer-site commissioning; root cause analysis; technical documentation; and cross-functional project collaboration. The role also provides technical support, manages multiple project priorities, and helps resolve equipment performance and delivery risks.

Leads capital equipment projects from order acceptance through installation, commissioning, customer acceptance, and handoff. Manages schedules, budgets, scope, risks, change orders, procurement, documentation, and customer communications while coordinating Engineering, Sales, Manufacturing, Service, Purchasing, and other teams. Provides technical sales support, oversees installation protocols, and ensures project deliverables, corrective actions, and closeout activities are completed.
