Set up, run, and monitor CNC mills, lathes, and routers to produce precision parts. Interpret blueprints/CAD files, load materials, perform CNC programming and tool offsets, verify dimensions with precision instruments, conduct routine maintenance, and ensure quality control in a manufacturing environment.

Design, program, and troubleshoot PLC and HMI controls for packaging machinery. Create electrical schematics and BOMs using AutoCAD Electrical, specify components, lead projects from concept through FAT and customer acceptance, ensure UL/CE/CSA safety compliance, and support sales, assembly, procurement, and service. Travel 10–20%.

Assemble machinery and subassemblies by reading blueprints, using hand and power tools, troubleshooting mechanical systems, reporting hours in MES, and meeting safety, quality, schedule, and budget standards.
