Lead and coach a small Front of House team for The Polar Express™ Train Ride, ensuring exceptional guest service, managing guest flow and ticketing questions, maintaining cleanliness, handling guest concerns, performing opening/closing procedures, delegating shift tasks, and coordinating with events, train crews, and ticketing staff to create a positive seasonal guest experience.

Lead costume maintenance and production for The Polar Express Train RideTM: organize dressing room, inspect, repair, launder, inventory, and oversee costume construction and restoration. Attend design and production meetings, assist with fittings, check actors/volunteers, record shopping details, and support rehearsals and strike. Must handle seasonal extended hours.

Maintain, clean, organize, distribute, and launder all Polar Express Train Ride costumes. Inspect costumes daily for tears, stains, and missing pieces; repair and mend as needed. Manage dressing room presentation, assist with actor/volunteer check-in, and handle costume inventory. Must work evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended seasonal hours.
