Own strategy and roadmap for Duplo Dashboard (spend management, billing, compartmentalisation, TMS, e-invoicing). Lead end-to-end monetisation delivery, run customer discovery across African markets, define success metrics, plan migrations, write BRDs/PRDs, and collaborate with Engineering, Design, Compliance, Finance and GTM to drive adoption and revenue.

Support B2B customers through onboarding, training, product adoption, and issue resolution. Manage support tickets in Zoho Desk, monitor customer engagement and churn signals, maintain CRM records, support renewals and expansions, and create knowledge base documentation. Escalate complex issues and provide visibility into customer status, risks, milestones, and operational metrics.

Drive revenue by identifying and closing mid-market and enterprise payment opportunities. Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to contracting, deliver product demos, negotiate commercial terms, onboard clients, maintain CRM pipeline, conduct business reviews, and provide market intelligence to refine commercial strategies and grow transaction volumes.

Lead Duplo's commercial strategy and revenue growth in Nigeria. Own end-to-end revenue, build and scale the sales team, drive strategic partnerships, optimize sales processes, negotiate contracts, manage key clients, conduct market research, and identify new market opportunities to expand adoption.

Identify, analyze, and mitigate cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities across infrastructure, applications, cloud, and third parties. Conduct threat hunting, manage vulnerability assessments and penetration testing coordination, track remediation, support GRC compliance (ISO, PCI, CBN frameworks), produce metrics and reports, and advise stakeholders on risk and security improvements.

Lead design and implementation of reliability, scalability, and resilience for backend systems. Own observability, incident response, SLOs/SLIs, capacity planning, and cost-efficiency. Mentor engineers, define infrastructure and deployment standards, and ensure operational safety and compliance for high-stakes fintech money-movement systems.

Own South Africa enterprise revenue: build pipeline, run full sales cycle from prospecting to close, negotiate complex contracts, manage multi-stakeholder pilots and integrations, develop GTM and market strategy, and build partnerships and market presence to establish Duplo locally.
