Supports Dunmore’s AI and data initiatives through data modeling, integration, quality improvement, machine-learning experimentation, product and BOM classification, and agentic workflow analysis. The intern prepares data, develops features, tests and validates models, documents research and results, maps business processes, and evaluates AI workflows with appropriate safeguards. The role involves collaboration with technical and cross-functional teams and communication of findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders in a manufacturing environment.

R&D intern supporting laboratory workflow documentation, technical knowledge organization, test protocol consolidation, qualification matrices, data integrity, and process improvement for coated and laminated films. The role collaborates with R&D, Quality, Engineering, and other technical teams to improve testing consistency, technical traceability, digital knowledge management, and laboratory efficiency.

Supports IT and manufacturing technology initiatives involving asset management, documentation, process improvement, automation, data quality, IT/OT systems, ERP, cybersecurity, and approved AI projects. The intern researches technology solutions, documents requirements and processes, identifies self-service and workflow improvements, and collaborates with IT, Engineering, Operations, and other teams on defined projects.
