Supports and improves Plex MES and related business applications in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include application support, issue triage, configuration, master data governance, reporting, testing, documentation, user training, access management, integrations, and process improvement. The analyst partners with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, Customer Service, and IT, while supporting shop-floor technologies and post-go-live stabilization.

Leads mechanical and process engineering projects from problem definition through installation and validation. Creates technical drawings, manufacturing schematics, 2D/3D models, layouts, and assembly documents using engineering data. Collaborates with engineering, manufacturing, operations, maintenance, and safety teams to develop designs, troubleshoot installations, standardize documentation, and provide technical support. Requires managing concurrent projects, meeting deadlines, and supporting process improvements in a manufacturing environment.

Leads multi-site supply chain operations spanning procurement, vendor management, logistics, inventory control, shipping and receiving, material returns, and outsourced services. Oversees demand forecasting, supply planning, contracts, import/export agreements, inventory accuracy, supplier compliance, and continuous improvement. Manages purchasing and warehouse teams, establishes KPIs, supports new product development, analyzes procurement and shipping data, and partners with leadership and suppliers to improve delivery, quality, availability, and cost.
