Manages sales and service relationships with Srixon/Cleveland Golf accounts across Long Island. Conducts regular customer visits, product presentations, training seminars, demo and fitting days, order processing, and sales activities. Builds account relationships, increases product distribution, manages demo inventory and marketing materials, maintains customer information, supports credit and return policies, and attends company meetings and trade shows. Requires frequent driving, outdoor work, and occasional lifting.

Manages strategic national retail accounts, including sales strategy, forecasting, channel performance, customer service, resource allocation, marketing budgets, vendor agreements, and sales-team coaching. Develops account relationships, identifies growth opportunities, implements company initiatives, monitors sell-through activity, and achieves sales and service targets across assigned channels. The role is fully remote and requires consumer retail and sales management experience.

Manage customer accounts across Central, Northwest, and Southern Illinois and Eastern Iowa. Conduct frequent sales and service visits, process orders, deliver product training and demonstrations, grow distribution and sales, maintain customer relationships, manage product samples and marketing collateral, update account information, and attend company meetings and trade shows. The role requires substantial driving, outdoor work, occasional lifting, and regular customer engagement.

Provides golf club fitting services and product expertise at retail demo and fitting events. Coordinates event schedules, engages dealers and customers, promotes Srixon/Cleveland Golf equipment, manages fitting equipment, supports event participation, and completes basic CRM event reporting. Requires golf knowledge, club-fitting experience, reliable transportation, a clean driving record, regional travel, flexible scheduling, and an in-market presence.

Conduct analytical and mechanical engineering research to improve golf club performance. Design, develop, test, and implement product technologies using FEA and engineering experiments. Coordinate cross-functional product development with engineers, designers, CAD technicians, marketing, management, and suppliers. Prepare technical reports, manage project schedules and resources, oversee testing and design deliverables, and communicate project status throughout development and product launch.

Leads quality control, quality assurance, returns inspection, and MRB activities in a manufacturing environment. Supervises inspection personnel, manages schedules and workloads, approves inspection and disposition decisions, oversees audits and QMS compliance, and leads NCR, CAPA, root-cause, and continuous-improvement initiatives. Analyzes quality metrics, supports customer complaints and NPI, collaborates cross-functionally, and serves as backup to the Quality Manager.
