Coordinates event schedules, engages dealers and customers, promotes Srixon/Cleveland Golf equipment, manages fitting equipment, supports event participation, and completes basic CRM event reporting. Requires golf knowledge, club-fitting experience, reliable transportation, a clean driving record, regional travel, flexible scheduling, and an in-market presence.

Leads digital marketing strategy and execution for Dunlop Racket Sports across email, SMS, paid and organic media, websites, e-commerce, CRM, automation, and analytics. The role drives acquisition, engagement, retention, conversion, and revenue growth; manages campaigns, budgets, reporting, agencies, and digital partners; and leads a Marketing and Communications Coordinator. Requires cross-functional collaboration, team development, compliance, and continuous optimization of customer experiences and marketing performance.

Conduct analytical and mechanical engineering research to improve golf club performance. Design, develop, test, and implement product technologies using FEA and engineering experiments. Coordinate cross-functional product development with engineers, designers, CAD technicians, marketing, management, and suppliers. Prepare technical reports, manage project schedules and resources, oversee testing and design deliverables, and communicate project status throughout development and product launch.

Creates video, photography, and graphic content showcasing golf equipment, with an emphasis on women’s golf and authentic golfer experiences. Responsibilities include product storytelling, performance demonstrations, social media content, event documentation, asset management, brand consistency, and analytics-driven optimization. The role requires collaboration with athletes, ambassadors, agencies, and industry partners, along with travel and weekend event coverage.

Leads quality control, quality assurance, returns inspection, and MRB activities in a manufacturing environment. Supervises inspection personnel, manages schedules and workloads, approves inspection and disposition decisions, oversees audits and QMS compliance, and leads NCR, CAPA, root-cause, and continuous-improvement initiatives. Analyzes quality metrics, supports customer complaints and NPI, collaborates cross-functionally, and serves as backup to the Quality Manager.
