Lead the Colonial Theatre as its chief executive: set strategic vision, grow contributed revenue, oversee finances and operations, strengthen programming and community partnerships, lead senior staff, manage facility stewardship and risk, serve as chief spokesperson, and cultivate donors, board relations, and regional visibility to ensure long-term sustainability and impact.

Lead the Pennsylvania Association of Area Agencies on Aging as its principal executive, providing strategic, financial, operational, and advocacy leadership. Oversee budget, grants, contracts, membership support, and statewide policy initiatives while representing the association to government, partners, and the public. Manage two direct reports and ensure organizational compliance, sustainability, and alignment with board-approved strategic priorities.

Serve as a strategic member of the executive team to lead all advancement activity, drive the Respite Transformed capital campaign, manage and grow the fundraising team, cultivate major and planned gifts, develop donor and board engagement, establish advancement strategy and KPIs, and support organizational growth and regional expansion to scale respite services.
