Lead all New Jersey operations for a human services organization serving individuals with I/DD. Provide strategic, operational, financial, and compliance oversight; supervise executive leaders; drive program development, quality improvement, audits, fundraising, board relations, risk management, and community advocacy to ensure high-quality, person-centered services and organizational sustainability.

Serve as a strategic member of the executive team to lead all advancement activity, drive the Respite Transformed capital campaign, manage and grow the fundraising team, cultivate major and planned gifts, develop donor and board engagement, establish advancement strategy and KPIs, and support organizational growth and regional expansion to scale respite services.
