The Scheduling Manager creates and maintains DSP schedules, fills open shifts, coordinates staffing changes, communicates schedules to employees, reviews and edits timecards, collaborates with payroll, supervises employees, and prepares reports to ensure locations are properly staffed.

Oversee and coordinate residential and/or day programs supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Manage personnel, training, individual goals and plans, program implementation, and operational, medical, financial, and maintenance activities. The role combines direct care with supervisory responsibilities, requires a flexible Monday-Friday schedule, and includes weekend and odd-hours on-call duties.

Oversee and coordinate multiple residential support programs for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include supervising staff, ensuring orientation and ongoing training, developing and implementing individual goals and support plans, and managing medical, financial, maintenance, and operational needs. The role combines direct care with supervision, requires on-call flexibility, and involves travel between programs throughout Connecticut.
