Manage and coordinate residential and/or day programs serving individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities. Oversee personnel, training, individual goal planning, medical, financial, and maintenance operations, and provide both direct care and supervisory support. Work Monday–Friday with on-call responsibilities and local travel.

Oversee and manage assigned residential and/or day programs for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities. Combine direct care and supervisory duties, ensure staff training and orientation, develop and implement individual plans and goals, coordinate medical, financial, and maintenance operations, and provide on-call coverage as needed.

Coordinate caregiver schedules for clients with behavioral needs, manage urgent staffing and call-offs, communicate with families/caregivers/clinicians, review behavior plans and authorizations, monitor service utilization, participate in case meetings, and maintain accurate scheduling and documentation in company systems.
