Provide client-driven case management to help individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities and/or mental health diagnoses obtain and retain employment. Conduct assessments, document progress, build employer and community partnerships, transport clients as needed, represent Compass at events, and use assigned technology for documentation and communication.

Provide client-driven case management to adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities and/or mental health diagnoses: assess eligibility, set employment goals, support job placement and retention, document progress, build employer and community partnerships, attend meetings, and transport clients as needed while using assigned technology.

Lead and own Workday tenant configuration, releases, integrations, security, and reporting. Serve as Tier 3 escalation, manage vendor relationships, run change control, train support teams, and drive adoption across HR, Finance, and IT.
