Supports a defined region through monthly financial reviews, forecasting, annual planning, budgeting, contract modeling, monthly close, variance analysis, audits, and regulatory cost reporting. Partners with operational leaders and accounting to translate financial data into actionable insights, identify risks and opportunities, and guide strategic decisions. The role also leads ad hoc analyses involving new programs, acquisitions, and operational initiatives.

Leads multi-state operations across Louisiana, Texas, Oklahoma, and New Mexico, overseeing a $50M+ portfolio and approximately 700 employees. Responsibilities include quality and regulatory compliance, P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, growth initiatives, acquisitions, organizational change, stakeholder partnerships, and leadership development across ICF/IID, residential, day, employment, and community-based services.

Manages employee leaves of absence, accommodations, workers’ compensation claims, OSHA compliance, documentation, and return-to-work processes. Provides guidance to employees, managers, and HR partners; tracks cases, deadlines, medical documentation, workplace injuries, and required reporting. Requires 2–3 years of HR experience with leave or workers’ compensation administration, strong organization, confidentiality, communication, and knowledge of state and federal leave requirements.
