Lead a multidisciplinary team delivering geospatial support, training, professional services, and technology enablement. Drive customer adoption of Trimble and partner ecosystems, develop scalable service offerings, improve workflows and recurring revenue, partner with sales, and represent the company in complex customer engagements while building a high-performing, customer-first organization.

Provide operational and administrative support for Geospatial Customer Success and Operations: process warranty and maintenance orders, purchase inventory, register serial numbers, prepare warranty documentation, maintain virtual inventory, reconcile with ERP, and produce periodic reports.

Sell and support forensic mapping, photogrammetry, and UAS solutions to public safety agencies across a four-state territory. Perform technical demonstrations, field training, vendor assessment, and relationship development. Manage sales pipeline in CRM, attend industry events, and provide ongoing technical advisory to ensure successful adoption and implementation.
