Support in-store and digital customer interactions, process orders and inventory in P21, manage eBay and online store orders, assist branch logistics (receiving, transfers, RMAs, rentals), maintain website listings and user accounts, route inquiries to sales/operations, and provide administrative and sales operations support to ensure smooth order execution and a quality customer experience.

Lead and grow a multidisciplinary geospatial support, training, and professional services team. Define scalable support and training models, drive Trimble and partner technology adoption, engage directly with customers, partner with sales, and develop recurring service revenue and workflow consulting offerings. Focus on customer experience, operational efficiency, and responsible use of AI to improve training and support delivery.

Sell geospatial and utility management solutions (Trimble, Juniper, Laser Technology, Duncan-Parnell, ESRI) within eastern VA/MD/DE. Qualify customer needs, demonstrate solutions, develop and implement workflows, provide first-tier technical support, attend regional conferences, and manage territory with significant travel.
