Support daily branch operations including shipping/receiving, inventory management, rental equipment preparation and testing, order processing via ERP, customer assistance for pickups/returns, and general showroom/warehouse upkeep. Provide administrative and sales support, maintain accurate inventory and supply levels, and offer backup coverage for essential duties as directed by the Branch Manager.

Lead and develop a multidisciplinary Geospatial Support, Training, and Professional Services team to improve customer workflows, drive Trimble ecosystem adoption, grow recurring services revenue, and define scalable support and training models. Partner with sales and stakeholders, engage directly with customers, identify workflow improvements, and implement responsible AI and emerging technology solutions to enhance support and training outcomes.

Sell and deploy forensic mapping, crash documentation, and UAS/photogrammetry solutions to public safety agencies across a four-state territory. Provide technical demos, field training, vendor assessment, CRM-driven sales management, and represent products at industry events. Travel about 50% with remote administrative work from a home office.
