Unload and weigh incoming livestock products, maintain stock rotation, break down beef and lamb using a knife, and work in a chilled, fast-paced production environment. The role requires teamwork, adherence to food quality, hygiene and safety standards, and flexibility to support production demands and customer requirements.

Despatch Operatives work in chilled storage to rotate and stock take inventory, select stock for customer orders, transfer pallets to the despatch bay, process consignment documentation, scan crates, verify pallet quantities and destinations, and maintain hygiene and safety standards. The role is physical, Monday to Friday on a 06:00–14:30 shift. Counterbalance forklift training is provided, and occasional additional hours or departmental duties may be required.

Operate, troubleshoot, and improve multi-site network infrastructure and security systems. Manage enterprise networking equipment, firewalls, VPNs, Microsoft infrastructure, endpoints, monitoring tools, alerts, and incident documentation. Deliver infrastructure upgrades, maintain technical documentation, support lifecycle projects, escalate technical issues, collaborate with vendors, and communicate security risks effectively.
