Assemble, wire, solder and modify electronic/mechanical products following blueprints and procedures. Operate hand and light power tools, complete transactions, support teammates, train others, and ensure compliance with the Dukane Quality System.

Execute B2B digital marketing: create and localize content, manage CMS and LinkedIn campaigns, run digital ads, compile analytics (GA, HubSpot, Power BI), coordinate vendors and cross-functional teams, support trade shows and SEO efforts to drive leads and maintain brand consistency.

Apprentices learn machining fundamentals and equipment operation (manual and CNC mills/lathes, bandsaws), precision measuring, basic programming, and quality processes while supporting continuous improvement. Training includes TMA classroom coursework and on-the-job training with progression opportunities to CNC machinist or toolmaker.

Sell, demonstrate, install, and support plastics assembly equipment within a defined territory. Manage quotations, CRM entries, client liaison, feasibility/design recommendations, project follow-up, technical presentations, trade show support, and regular reporting. Travel frequently within territory and perform hands-on setup/troubleshooting.
