Designs precision tooling and fixtures for ultrasonic welding and related joining processes using customer CAD data. Performs feasibility evaluations, supports joint and assembly method selection, applies design-for-manufacturing and design-for-assembly principles, selects materials and components, maintains ISO-compliant documentation, tests and debugs tools, supports customers, and manages multiple projects. Occasional domestic and international travel may be required.

Sell, demonstrate, set up, and support ultrasonic processing systems and components. Manage client relationships, evaluate application requirements, recommend designs, troubleshoot systems, coordinate orders, deliver technical presentations, support trade events, and provide sales reporting. Frequent travel to customer facilities and trade associations is required, along with occasional assistance moving system components.

Assemble, wire, solder and modify electronic/mechanical products following blueprints and procedures. Operate hand and light power tools, complete transactions, support teammates, train others, and ensure compliance with the Dukane Quality System.
