Field-oriented Sales Executive responsible for selling building materials and construction products, developing contractor and distributor relationships, generating leads, preparing quotations, coordinating orders and dispatches, maintaining CRM and visit reports, supporting vendor registrations, and meeting territory sales targets. The role requires extensive travel, a personal vehicle, laptop, valid driving license, and at least two years of relevant industry experience.

Manage end-to-end recruitment for infrastructure, construction, building materials, and industrial manufacturing roles. Responsibilities include manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, salary discussions, offer processing, onboarding documentation, background checks, recruitment reporting, HR records, and stakeholder coordination. The role also supports HR audits, policy implementation, employee communication, and timely closure of technical, sales, plant, production, quality, operations, and support positions.

Manage government and infrastructure sales across departments, PSUs, municipalities, utilities, and EPC projects. Identify tender opportunities, lead techno-commercial bids, secure product approvals, convert orders, and grow revenue. Maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, and government decision-makers while coordinating project execution, site visits, dispatches, billing, collections, and installation support. Track competitors, manage vendor registration and empanelment, and develop a pipeline of high-value projects. Extensive territory travel and a personal vehicle are required.
