We’re looking for a strategic, driven, and accomplished Account Executive who is passionate about finding and solving customer problems while delivering against business goals. As an Account Executive you will prospect and partner with prospective customers to clearly define their challenges and develop appropriate solutions to meet their needs. You’ll partner across the commercial organization with Sales Engineering, Account Management, and other cross-functional partners to manage complex inbound and outbound sales cycles and close new business.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Generate sales revenue by acquiring new mid-market clients
  • Lead the sales process from start to finish, encompassing positioning, presentation, and finalizing sales, bringing in additional team members where necessary
  • Listen attentively, communicate effectively, and present confidently to find the best fit between prospect needs and Duda solutions.
  • Identify, qualify, and cultivate new leads to develop your sales pipeline continuously.
  • Partner with the Business Development team to define and execute outbound strategies to attract new highly qualified leads while optimizing the inbound funnel to convert interested leads into paying customers.
  • Conduct compelling and engaging product and use case demos for prospective customers.
  • Negotiate mutually agreeable deal terms to close new business and set new customers up for long-term success.
  • Maintain updated sales records and prospect status using Salesforce, SalesLoft, and other sales tools.
  • Closely collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Business Development, Account Management, Sales Engineering, Support, Product, and Finance) to define strategies that drive maximum value for prospects, customers, and Duda.

WHAT YOU WILL ADD TO DUDA

  • 3+ years experience selling complex solutions; SaaS sales experience preferred
  • Ability to manage and navigate multi-stakeholder deal cycles
  • Ability to understand, quantify, and synthesize your prospects' technical needs and challenges and guide them toward the optimal Duda solution.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the Digital Agency / Website builders competitive landscape
  • Proven track record of navigating full and intricate sales cycles, ideally within the realm of technology or software products.
  • Proficiency in sales and collaboration tools, such as Salesforce, SalesLoft, Hubspot, and Google Workspace (docs, spreadsheets, slides, etc.), or similar tools. Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of skills, training, and hands-on experience
