The Role

Duda’s product team focuses on innovation, answering our customers’ challenges to speed up their site-building process and grow their businesses through one-of-a-kind tools for maximum customer conversion.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, innovative, and collaborative Senior Product Manager to lead an R&D squad and play a key role in defining the future of our product.

We are looking for someone who is experienced and is excited by the opportunity to make a lot of impact and take strategic decisions based on collaboration, data and customer insight.


As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Developing and refining your squad’s vision, strategy & product roadmap based on user needs and business objectives
  • End-to-end product lifecycle ownership from planning through delivery and optimization
  • Leading (together with a technical team lead) and motivating an empowered team of engineers and designers
  • Conducting market research, competitor analysis, user interviews and gathering data to influence and inform your product strategy and decision making
  • Defining & monitoring feature KPIs to measure performance and identify areas for optimization
  • Communicating & collaborating with internal stakeholders and presenting product updates and strategic plans

Requirements:

  • 4+ years as a product manager in a SaaS company
  • Strong experience in leading and delivering large, complex projects
  • Proven ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage trade-offs and prioritization and bring innovative ideas to the table
  • Exceptional problem-solving, strategic thinking, and analytical skills
  • Ability to communicate and cooperate efficiently with customers as well as with colleagues from different teams
  • A major plus - previous experience as a product designer 
  • A major plus - previous experience working on an Editor-Centric product
