Conducts quantitative supply chain analyses involving inventory, procurement, costs, service, and operational performance. Cleans and validates large datasets, builds models and scenario tools, creates dashboards, identifies trends and root causes, and translates findings into client recommendations. Presents insights to clients and senior consultants while managing analytical workstreams, quality control, and deliverables in a collaborative consulting environment.

Conduct research and analysis for consulting projects using spreadsheets, databases, statistical methods, process mapping, interviews, literature, internet research, and survey interpretation. Develop analytical models, client presentations, and project deliverables, then present findings to clients and senior consulting staff. Associate Consultants typically support one or two project teams, gain client exposure, and work collaboratively in a hybrid office and travel environment.

Support client supply chain engagements involving inventory optimization, procurement, warehouse and transportation analysis, network strategy, and operational improvement. Analyze complex datasets, diagnose root causes, quantify opportunities, develop recommendations, create client-ready presentations and dashboards, present findings, and manage assigned project workstreams. Apply supply chain best practices and benchmarks while collaborating with consulting leaders and client teams.
