Ducker Carlisle is seeking an Expert Empanelment Analyst to build and maintain a high-quality network of senior industry experts supporting primary research, expert consultations, and client engagements across sectors. The Analyst will identify, assess, recruit, and onboard relevant professionals, ensuring accurate data management, timely project execution, and strong expert experience, while working closely with consulting teams, project managers, and external partners to support project-specific needs and expand the firm's expert network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and map relevant industry experts for primary research, expert interviews, and consulting engagements.
- Conduct targeted research using LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, industry directories, company websites, databases, and other research tools.
- Evaluate expert relevance based on seniority, functional expertise, industry experience, geography, and project requirements.
- Engage prospective experts through professional outreach; clearly communicate the purpose, scope, and process for consultations.
- Manage expert onboarding and empanelment, including collection, validation, and maintenance of professional profiles and contact information.
- Build, maintain, and regularly update expert and respondent databases to ensure accuracy, completeness, and usability.
- Coordinate expert consultations by managing outreach, scheduling, confirmations, follow-ups, and related documentation.
- Conduct data validation and quality checks to ensure expert profiles, research outputs, and project records meet internal standards.
- Support secondary research, market mapping, competitor analysis, pricing studies, and respondent identification, as required.
- Prepare trackers, dashboards, monthly performance reports, Excel analyses, and management presentations to monitor key metrics.
- Identify and implement workflow improvements that enhance productivity, turnaround time, quality, and cost efficiency.
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and research partners to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Ensure responsible handling of professional and contact information in line with internal policies and applicable data privacy requirements.
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in expert recruitment, expert networking, market research, respondent recruitment, lead generation, business research, or related role.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct structured online research and identify relevant senior professionals across industries and functions.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Google Sheets and online research tools is desirable.
- Experience using LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms, data-enrichment tools, or research databases is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage credibly and professionally with senior industry professionals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments, stakeholders, and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Proactive, ownership-oriented mindset with an interest in improving processes and contributing beyond assigned responsibilities.
- Familiarity with data privacy principles and responsible handling of professional information.

Location:
The position will be based in Bengaluru, Karnataka and / or in New Delhi.
