Analyzes global weather patterns and atmospheric conditions, produces text and graphical forecasts, monitors weather graphics distribution, collaborates on forecast quality, and improves forecasting workflows. The role requires meteorological expertise, strong communication, rotating shift availability, and relocation to or residence in Minnesota.

Implement enterprise SaaS and RaaS solutions for global customers by gathering requirements, designing configurations, managing integrations, testing deployments, leading implementation meetings, resolving issues, and delivering training. The role coordinates customer onboarding, migrations, adoption, change management, documentation, and risk management while collaborating with project management, consulting, sales, product, engineering, and support teams.

Support the Center of Improvements in modernizing processes and building digital solutions. Duties include process analysis, requirements gathering, prototyping, documentation, low-code development, and assisting with automation, AI-assisted workflows, and change enablement under senior guidance.
