Troubleshoots hardware, software, connectivity, phone, PC, register, and POS issues; documents incidents; escalates problems; supports testing and new-store technology installations; performs system maintenance; and trains store personnel. The role also requires ticketing-system use, reporting, coordination with IT teams, and participation in night and weekend on-call rotations.
