The role maintains accurate fund and asset-level financial data, reconciles reported figures, assists with auditor and investor requests, and improves reporting templates and finance systems. It requires finance or accounting education, strong Excel skills, analytical attention to detail, and professional English.

Manage finance operations across German and international entities, including payments, invoicing, accounting data, expenses, liquidity, reporting, and cash flow. Coordinate external accountants, tax advisors, auditors, tax filings, audits, fund reporting, and regulatory requirements. Review financial statements under German and international GAAP, prepare budgets and forecasts, support revenue recognition and intercompany allocations, and contribute to AI-driven finance automation and broader finance transformation initiatives.
