Partners with executives and school leaders to strengthen culture, support decision-making through people data, and implement scalable talent initiatives. Requires extensive HR, K-12, leadership, project management, stakeholder collaboration, and change management experience.

Leads the organization-wide vision, programming, compliance, and instructional support for Special Education, 504, and Gifted & Talented services. Manages the Exceptional Learners team, coaches school leaders, develops educator capacity, analyzes program and student data, coordinates staffing and systems, and builds partnerships with school districts and advocacy organizations.
