Manage high-volume employee relations cases from intake to resolution, support workplace investigations, advise leaders on policy and consistent application, track case data and trends, and strengthen processes and training to promote a positive, equitable workplace.

Manage school front office operations including visitor hospitality, phone coverage, student enrollment and records (FERPA compliance), attendance tracking, cash management, communications, event and space scheduling, student health coordination, emergency preparedness, vendor coordination, and supervising an Office Assistant.

Lead and model school values while coaching a high school sports team. Plan and run practices, design training programs, oversee competitions, enforce safety and regulations, foster inclusive team culture, communicate with families and staff, and be willing to be trained/approved to drive activity buses.

Support HR operations including onboarding, licensing, benefits, and leave administration; maintain and audit employee data and HRIS (Oracle/Workday); act as liaison with district systems; produce documentation and reports; collaborate with Human Capital team and support Zendesk to improve HR processes and employee experience.

Lead bilingual community outreach, recruitment, and enrollment for a high school. Build family partnerships, organize tours/events, mobilize staff, and drive advocacy. Use HubSpot, Quickbase, Polaris, and Excel to track and analyze data, present insights, and develop scalable tools and processes. Represent the school externally and support additional duties like small-group advisory or tutoring as needed.

Conduct comprehensive special education evaluations for middle and high school students across the DSST network. Administer cognitive and social-emotional standardized assessments, write holistic evaluation reports, participate in eligibility and IEP meetings, and collaborate with families, teachers, and exceptional learner teams to connect students with appropriate supports.
