Lead and model school values while coaching a high school sports team. Manage high-volume employee relations cases from intake to resolution, support workplace investigations, advise leaders on policy and consistent application, track case data and trends, and strengthen processes and training to promote a positive, equitable workplace.

Provide high-quality special education evaluations for middle and high school students across a network of schools. Conduct cognitive and social-emotional assessments, produce comprehensive evaluation reports, participate in eligibility meetings, collaborate with school teams, families, and outside providers, and receive weekly coaching. Travel to multiple schools (typically 4-6) and manage several evaluations simultaneously.

Lead internal and external communications strategy across a 16-school network. Manage a small communications team, oversee crisis and media relations, maintain messaging frameworks and governance, run internal and external channels, track outcomes and analytics, support executive communications and major events, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent, inclusive, and data-informed communications.

Provide front-desk hospitality and administrative support for a Denver middle or high school: greet visitors, answer phones, manage attendance and reporting, support communications, student health first aid under nurse delegation, process payments and basic finance tasks, assist with student tech lab logs and damage fees, and support enrollment and events.
