Manage employee relations cases from intake through resolution, including performance concerns, policy questions, conflicts, complaints, and investigations. Provide policy guidance, coach managers, maintain case documentation and metrics, identify workplace trends, and support consistent HR practices. The role partners with HR and school leaders, contributes to process improvements and training, handles confidential information, and supports an equitable, mission-aligned workplace culture.

Lead and model school values while coaching a high school sports team. Plan and run practices, design training programs, oversee competitions, enforce safety and regulations, foster inclusive team culture, communicate with families and staff, and be willing to be trained/approved to drive activity buses.
