Leads people data, HR systems, and Talent Operations for a 1,000+ employee school network. Oversees Workday HCM administration, benefits systems, reporting, system optimization, employee training, and HR process documentation. Analyzes workforce data to identify trends and improve engagement, retention, and planning. Leads cross-functional Human Capital projects, partners with school and senior leaders, develops HR professionals, and supports initiatives involving compensation, wellness, performance management, and staff development.

The Employee Relations Specialist partners with school leaders and staff across assigned schools, managing employee relations cases from intake through resolution. Responsibilities include workplace investigations, performance management, manager coaching, policy interpretation, documentation, case tracking, reporting, and identifying employee trends. The role supports fair, consistent, and equitable HR practices while advising leaders on employee issues, workplace conflicts, complaints, and employment policies.
