Manage high-volume employee relations cases from intake to resolution, support workplace investigations, advise leaders on policy and consistent application, track case data and trends, and strengthen processes and training to promote a positive, equitable workplace.

Manage school front office operations including visitor hospitality, phone coverage, student enrollment and records (FERPA compliance), attendance tracking, cash management, communications, event and space scheduling, student health coordination, emergency preparedness, vendor coordination, and supervising an Office Assistant.

Lead and model school values while coaching a high school sports team. Plan and run practices, design training programs, oversee competitions, enforce safety and regulations, foster inclusive team culture, communicate with families and staff, and be willing to be trained/approved to drive activity buses.
