Teams at DSST Public Schools

Lead school culture and behavior systems, coach staff, support students and families, manage interventions and grade-level teams, recruit/hire faculty, collaborate with special education and mental health teams, and implement data-driven systems to maximize student achievement.

Seasonal, part-time HR contractor supporting FMLA and leave administration, K-12 compliance (special education licensure, READ Act, ESSA), district contractor onboarding, records management, and school-district reporting. Works in-person at the DSST Home Office to manage administrative tasks and ensure compliance with APS/DPS requirements.

Lead and model school values while coaching a high school sports team. Plan and run practices, design training programs, oversee competitions, enforce safety and regulations, foster inclusive team culture, communicate with families and staff, and be willing to be trained/approved to drive activity buses.
