Lead cloud architecture reviews and migrations for onboarding to a FedRAMP High AWS government enclave. Assess FedRAMP compliance, interoperability (FHIR/HL7/APIs), multi-tenant and Zero Trust designs, and provide remediation roadmaps and DevSecOps guidance for ISVs and government stakeholders.

Assess application security against FedRAMP High and NIST RMF baselines, support ATO documentation and SSP/POA&M development, identify security gaps and remediation, evaluate Zero Trust and continuous monitoring, perform vulnerability reviews, and collaborate with cloud architects and ISVs to guide remediation and compliance readiness.

Provide customer-facing macOS support for CISA: triage and resolve endpoint incidents, manage imaging/patching/app deployment, handle account management, use JAMF/MDM, write and test Shell/Bash/Python scripts, escalate complex issues to Tier 3/4, and train users on macOS security and policies.

Serve as a clinical user advocate for infusion therapy/oncology, analyzing workflows and requirements, creating clinical use cases and mockups, guiding product development and testing, collaborating with cross-functional teams, supporting sales/marketing as a clinical SME, and traveling extensively to support product implementation and customer engagement.

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using C#/.NET Core, Angular, TypeScript and T-SQL. Take ownership of projects and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Design, develop, and maintain web-based software within the full SDLC. Engage stakeholders, build features using microservices, apply complex algorithms, ensure maintainability and standards, drive process/tooling improvements, and mentor team members.

Administer JAMF Pro and RHEL infrastructure for enterprise macOS management, enforce DISA STIGs and federal baselines, automate configuration and patching with Bash/Python, monitor system performance, manage JAMF policies/databases, and provide Tier 4 macOS escalation support for CISA.

Support NAVSEA 08 by coordinating shipbuilding and repair operations, monitoring labor and facilities, performing cost and EVM analyses, preparing contract change documents (NOCs/FMRs), conducting contract compliance reviews, liaising with shipyards and SUPSHIP, and producing technical and cost performance reports to support Naval Reactors decision-making.

Support WEXMAC 2.0 task order execution by validating opportunities, sourcing and coordinating vendors, compiling quotes, and contributing to pricing and proposal development. Maintain vendor networks, track proposal inputs and timelines, and produce compliant responses to task order requirements in a rapid-response environment.

Lead end-to-end execution of Navy WEXMAC 2.0 task orders, managing program P&L, rapid-response delivery, vendor/partner networks, and logistics/transportation/supply/base support while serving as primary customer interface and ensuring federal compliance.

Lead hands-on system administration across physical, virtual, and cloud (Azure/AWS) Windows and Linux environments. Install, configure, monitor, troubleshoot, tune performance, manage backups, security remediation, capacity planning, disaster recovery, and participate in on-call rotation. Support incident/change management, document processes, recommend automation, and assist project teams.

Manage and monitor naval shipbuilding and repair projects, coordinate shipyard resources, perform cost and contract analyses (FMR/NOC), validate EVM metrics, prepare reports and briefs, and provide on-site oversight to resolve supply chain and labor shortfalls for naval nuclear propulsion programs.
