Provide on-site enterprise macOS endpoint engineering and customer-facing support for federal users. Triage and resolve escalated tickets, manage imaging/patching/application deployment, automate tasks with Shell/Bash/Python, collaborate with Tier 3/4 engineers, and deliver user training aligned with federal security standards.

Provide enterprise macOS customer support for federal users: triage and resolve macOS/JAMF/MDM incidents, imaging, patching, app deployment, account management, automate endpoint tasks with shell/python scripts, escalate complex issues, and train end users on macOS security and policies in a FedRAMP/NIST environment.
