Administers and supports ServiceNow and other cloud-hosted enterprise applications across SaaS, PaaS, and hybrid environments. Configures ITSM workflows, CMDB, service catalogs, integrations, access controls, monitoring, reporting, and performance optimization. Troubleshoots complex application issues, supports releases and disaster recovery, maintains compliance with FedRAMP, HIPAA, and NIST requirements, and collaborates with project teams, vendors, developers, and federal stakeholders. Participates in support rotations, on-call duties, documentation, audits, and continual service improvement.

Manage the full lifecycle of commercial contracts, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, execution, renewals, and termination. Maintain contract records, monitor compliance and performance, manage workflow requests, and coordinate with legal, compliance, IT, finance, and business stakeholders. Support regulatory reviews, process improvements, templates, corporate registrations, and contract-related inquiries while ensuring adherence to HIPAA, FAR, FedRAMP, and company policies.

Supports NAVSEA 08 and Naval Reactors projects involving nuclear shipbuilding, maintenance, cost performance, contract oversight, supply chain issues, and workforce planning. Reviews project budgets, schedules, contractor data, Earned Value Management metrics, and contract compliance. Prepares cost analyses, reports, correspondence, Field Modification Requests, and Notifications of Changes. Coordinates with shipyards, SUPSHIP, government stakeholders, and technical teams while providing on-site waterfront and acquisition support.
