Generate leads, build pipelines, collaborate with dealer partners, support marketing initiatives, and assist with closing opportunities. The role requires phone-based outreach, independent and team-oriented work, goal achievement, and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools. This is an in-office position in Urbandale, Iowa, with paid training and advancement opportunities.

Prospect, recruit, onboard, and manage authorized retail dealers across an assigned territory. Build sales pipelines, develop vendor and dealer relationships, advise partners on performance metrics and growth strategies, attend meetings, execute company directives, and achieve dealer acquisition and activation targets. Design immersive, performance-driven simulations and training using tools like Articulate and Captivate. Collaborate with SMEs and operations to mirror real call flows, deploy content to an LMS (SCORM/xAPI), analyze feedback, and support rollout. Bilingual Spanish a plus; travel required.

Make outbound calls to hotels, senior living, and lodging locations to identify and develop DIRECTV sales opportunities. Build and maintain account relationships, support dealer partners, follow up on leads and marketing, and assist in closing deals while working independently within a collaborative team.

Support design, implementation, testing, documentation, and maintenance of APIs. Collaborate with product, development, QA, and third parties to define integrations, validate functionality, troubleshoot issues, and ensure security, scalability, and compliance.
