Leads sales performance and employee development across an assigned retail territory. Responsibilities include hiring recommendations, onboarding and training retail associates, weekly store visits, merchandising and KPI oversight, coaching, payroll approval, staffing coverage, and personal sales performance. The manager builds team culture, ensures staffing compliance, drives customer experience, and achieves sales goals while traveling among Hartford-area stores and working weekends.

Manage the DIRECTV L&I sales cycle from lead nurturing through closing, maintain inbound and outbound pipelines in CRM software, follow up with prospects, complete product training, and collaborate with DSI, DIRECTV, leadership, and vendors to deliver client solutions and program growth.

Represent AT&T in a high-traffic retail environment, engaging customers, educating them on products and plans, processing transactions and activations, meeting sales targets, maintaining merchandising and brand standards, and delivering excellent customer service.
