Represent AT&T in a retail store-within-a-store environment by engaging customers, identifying needs, educating them on wireless products and services, processing transactions, activating plans, meeting sales goals, maintaining merchandising standards, and providing customer service. The role includes paid training, uncapped commission, and requires flexible scheduling, including weekends.

Leads sales performance and team development across an assigned retail territory. Responsibilities include onboarding and coaching retail sales associates, visiting stores weekly, monitoring KPIs and staffing, conducting interviews, approving payroll, covering staffing gaps, and personally achieving sales goals. The role requires retail sales leadership experience, strong coaching and communication skills, a valid driver’s license, and travel throughout the Asheville area, including weekends.

Manage authorized dealer relationships, support business growth, acquire new dealers, and increase activations across multiple sales verticals. Set and track performance goals, maintain prospect pipelines, support dealer onboarding and training, coordinate equipment orders and returns, and collaborate with credit and accounting teams. Advise dealers on metrics, marketing, competition, and growth strategies while executing company initiatives.
