Own post-sale AI customer journey: lead multiple AI implementation projects, manage timelines and risks, coordinate engineering/data teams, drive customer relationships, identify expansion opportunities, and improve delivery processes and playbooks.

Serve as technical owner of product quality for AI, automation, and software solutions. Build QMS, design and automate test plans across front-end, backend, AI agents, integrations, and data pipelines. Implement automated test suites, monitoring, drift detection, and intelligent alerts. Validate agent behavior, prompt quality, and large-scale workflow reliability. Partner with engineering and engagement teams to define acceptance criteria, communicate findings, and act as final technical quality gate for client deliverables.

Sell AI-driven solutions to mid-market businesses: prospect, qualify, consult with decision-makers, manage the full sales cycle, close deals, build long-term client relationships, and identify upsell opportunities with support from leadership and technical teams.

Design, develop, fine-tune, deploy, and monitor generative AI and ML models; build data pipelines and integrations; implement automation and agentic systems using tools like LangChain and REST APIs; evaluate emerging AI tools; collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers.
