Lead and build software infrastructure and automation for robot testing and evaluation. Develop scripts, tools, and workflows to run repeatable tests, collect and analyze data, improve reliability, and coordinate cross-functional test execution. Set technical direction, prioritize work, unblock the team, and grow testing infrastructure and personnel for scaled deployments.

Build, operate, and maintain realistic test and demo environments for autonomous robots. Support hardware setup, systems integration, demo execution, pilot readiness, and troubleshooting. Act as a bridge between engineering and field deployment, owning operational and technical problems end-to-end in an on-site San Francisco role.

Design PCBs and low-voltage electrical systems for robotic platforms; integrate cameras, sensors, and data interfaces; prototype, test, debug, and iterate board designs; perform bring-up, validation, and reliability improvements; collaborate with mechanical and software teams for system integration. On-site in San Francisco, full-time.
