Act as the primary regional business partner for sales leadership in Japan, driving territory and quota execution, forecasting accuracy, pipeline health, and Run-the-Business processes. Build frameworks for account segmentation and territory planning, automate reporting and workflows with AI and analytics, analyze large datasets for trends and risks, and lead cross-functional initiatives to improve sales performance and decision-making.
