Leads end-to-end finance and accounting operations for a two-wheeler rental business, including revenue, receivables, payables, reconciliations, vehicle accounting, financial close, P&L management, reporting, GST compliance, audits, and internal controls. Partners cross-functionally with operations, procurement, service, treasury, and business teams to improve financial accuracy, profitability, cash flow, and operating processes.

Manage plant-level accounting, inventory valuation and reconciliation, vendor reconciliations, invoice processing, expense tracking, month-end closing, MIS reporting, audits, and statutory compliance. Maintain accurate books in Tally ERP, coordinate with operations, procurement, and central finance, and improve accounting controls and processes.

Lead growth of the dealership network by developing and executing expansion strategy, identifying and selecting dealer partners, building a sustained prospect pipeline, enabling dealer performance via training and incentives, managing dealer relationships and joint marketing, and providing market intelligence through visits and competitor/customer analysis.

Lead and manage refurbishment production for pre-owned two-wheelers: plan schedules, track plan vs. actual, enforce quality, resolve floor bottlenecks, assess and train manpower, optimize efficiency, manage inventory, and ensure health and safety compliance.

Contact buyers and sellers to schedule and confirm meetings, follow up to complete purchases, pitch and convert value-added services (retail finance, RC transfer), update CRM after interactions, handle objections, and improve meeting-to-conversion rates.

Contact and qualify buyers from DriveX Direct, guide them through vehicle discovery and online purchase, handle objections and negotiations, coordinate transactions between buyers and sellers, maintain CRM lead records, and provide daily reporting to improve buyer conversion and platform liquidity.

Prepare and publish recurring MIS reports and automated dashboards; monitor agent-, city-, and process-level KPIs; analyze funnel health and operational trends; support forecasting, capacity and manpower planning; generate ad-hoc insights; automate reports and maintain data governance, scorecards, and incentive calculations to improve productivity, conversion, SLA adherence, and operational efficiency.

Own AOP, rolling forecasts, financial modelling, MIS and management reporting. Build scenario and sensitivity analyses, investor-ready commentary, and dashboards. Partner with Sales, Procurement, Operations and Tech to improve unit economics, working capital, and capital allocation decisions, and support treasury and fundraising.
