Lead the design, development, and implementation of low-latency brokerage systems, mentor engineering teams, and ensure high performance of trading applications.

Manage and grow a portfolio of fintech partner relationships across the post-sales lifecycle. Responsibilities include revenue expansion, retention, trade monitoring, trade support, settlement coordination, issue escalation, partner feedback, executive engagement, and cross-functional collaboration with sales, finance, product, technology, and operations teams. The role supports Asia-related trading activities and requires Mandarin and English fluency, strong financial technology experience, and substantial trade support expertise.

Design, prototype, and develop agentic AI workflows and internal tools using LLMs, APIs, and automation frameworks. Experiment with agent architectures, evaluate reliability and failure modes, document designs, and present solutions to customers and leadership. The 10–12 week hybrid summer program includes mentorship from senior engineers and architects in a fintech environment.
