Design, build, and operate core Web3 platform services for wallet operations, transaction orchestration, settlement, and blockchain integrations. Implement secure, high-throughput, fault-tolerant distributed systems, API-first microservices, Kafka-based event architectures, observability with OpenTelemetry, and CI/CD-driven testing and DevSecOps practices. Provide L2/L3 production support and technical leadership.

Improve reliability and performance of a global Brokerage-as-a-Service platform by automating workflows, handling escalations (FIX/API), participating in on-call rotations, implementing observability, coordinating incident response and RCAs, and defining SLIs/SLOs with product and engineering teams.
