Build DriveWealth’s creative production engine and design operations function. Establish brand standards, intake and approval workflows, self-service asset libraries, vendor partnerships, and scalable production processes. Create graphics and materials across web, print, events, and video while supporting Sales, Relationship Management, Events, and Marketing. Lead event creative production, track operational performance, ensure compliance review, and develop delegation and review processes for a future creative team.

Provide escalated operational support for global B2B clients on an API-based investing platform. Troubleshoot client issues, triage and document cases, coordinate with Engineering, Compliance, Onboarding and Product, improve workflows and documentation, contribute to client enablement, and participate in weekend support coverage.

Lead architecture, design, and delivery of ultra-low-latency, high-throughput trading systems. Build and maintain REST APIs, microservices, event-driven platforms (Kafka/Kubernetes), CI/CD and automated tests, and support 24x7 production operations. Provide technical leadership and mentorship, collaborate with Broker Dealer Operations, and improve performance, reliability, and scalability for multi-asset trading.
