The Senior Software Engineer will design and deliver Java projects, enhance trading systems, analyze performance, and troubleshoot issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams. This role focuses on low latency, high throughput applications in a trading environment.

Lead design and execution of enterprise operational and technology risk for a regulated, global brokerage platform. Build risk taxonomy, appetite, RCSA, control testing, issue and event management, KRIs, resiliency and BCP. Advise product and engineering on new products and markets, aggregate assurance outputs, and deliver Board-level reporting. Build AI-native tooling to automate control testing and evidence collection, hire and develop a risk team, and represent Risk to regulators and auditors.

Lead second-line oversight of market, credit, liquidity, and counterparty risk. Build the financial risk appetite, margin program, liquidity and counterparty frameworks, and reporting to executive leadership and the Board. Partner with Treasury, Trading, Finance, Operations, Engineering, and Compliance. Hire and develop a quantitative risk team and scale tooling, including agentic AI for monitoring and exposure aggregation.
