Provides frontline IT support at a beverage manufacturing facility. Responsibilities include configuring and imaging computers, troubleshooting networks, printers, cameras, peripherals, and Wi-Fi, performing hardware repairs, maintaining IT asset and ticket records, supporting onboarding, managing inventory, assisting with cabling and network closets, and escalating issues. The role also supports IT projects, security procedures, change management, and occasional off-hours maintenance activities.

Develops dashboards, reports, data models, and measures using data lake and Lakehouse assets.
