Manage end-to-end accounts payable: enter and code invoices, process vendor payments (ACH/wire/check), handle vendor onboarding and W-9s, reconcile invoice/payment inquiries, process Concur expenses, assist with 1099s, prepare weekly AP reports, enter customer payments into SAP, and support ad hoc accounting projects.

Design, develop, program, and maintain industrial automation systems (PLCs, SCADA, DCS, HMIs). Troubleshoot and optimize high-speed manufacturing and packaging equipment, manage automation projects, ensure safety and compliance, create documentation, provide training, and drive continuous improvement to increase reliability and efficiency.

Lead full life-cycle recruiting for corporate and manufacturing roles, source and screen candidates nationwide, partner with hiring managers, maintain Workday ATS, build talent pipelines, ensure compliance with employment laws and GMP, and support high-volume hiring across multiple sites.

Participate in the Quality Apprenticeship program to perform sampling, lab and packaged quality testing, calibrate lab equipment, analyze data for trends/risks, support seam and pasteurization validation, conduct sanitation verification, document results, perform packaging quality checks, and collaborate with Production to maintain GMP and SQF food safety standards.

Process bi-weekly payroll for ~450 employees, review timecards, ensure tax and regulatory compliance, prepare and analyze payroll reports, resolve discrepancies, manage garnishments and off-cycle payments, and collaborate with HR and Accounting to maintain accurate payroll records and timely reporting.

Lead DrinkPAK's Brand Management and customer success function, owning executive customer relationships, retention, revenue performance, and a team of Brand Managers. Build strategy, cross-functional partnerships (Supply Chain, Operations, Finance), and data-driven commercial execution to improve OTIF, forecasting, pricing, and contract outcomes.
