Coordinate inbound/outbound shipping by scheduling appointments, creating orders in the WMS, preparing BOLs, liaising with forklift drivers and carriers, responding to customers, tracking and correcting shipping errors, monitoring costs/productivity, and improving supply chain processes while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Manage and review quality and production documentation for in-process and finished goods. Provide customer and internal documentation, support new product introductions, technical customer responses, and ensure regulatory/customer requirements are communicated and met. Work cross-functionally to maintain accuracy and improve document flow and processes.

Lead the night-shift batching team to ensure safe, high-quality, and efficient production. Oversee staffing, training, changeovers, inventory traceability, root-cause analysis, cross-functional coordination, and enforcement of GMP and safety standards.
