Teams at DrinkPAK, LLC

Supervise quality assurance technicians and ensure beverage products comply with company standards, GMPs, HACCP, food safety requirements, and regulatory specifications. Review batch records, testing, sampling, sanitation, raw materials, packaging, labels, and finished products. Manage product holds, releases, and destruction; investigate quality issues and complaints; support audits and corrective actions; implement quality systems; and mentor, train, and evaluate quality personnel.

Maintains and reviews quality, production, in-process, and finished-goods documentation. Provides accurate records to customers and internal departments, supports new product approvals and customer requirements, and coordinates documentation across Quality, Logistics, Operations, and other teams. Improves documentation processes, ensures regulatory and customer requirements are met, and supports product release activities.

Leads DrinkPAK’s end-to-end procurement and purchasing function across raw materials, packaging, indirect spend, and services. Develops sourcing strategies, negotiates contracts, manages supplier performance and risk, ensures SAP S/4HANA purchasing and vendor data integrity, establishes procurement controls, supports launches and expansion, monitors commodity trends, and builds a high-performing procurement team.
