Lead and build the cost accounting function for a multi-client beverage co-packing facility. Own standard costing, job costing, inventory valuation (WIP/FG), variance and margin analysis, cycle counts, reconciliations, month-end close for COGS, internal controls, and ERP improvements while supervising and developing cost accounting staff and partnering with Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance.

Manage day-to-day GL operations including month-end close, reconciliations, bank reconciliations, journal entries, AR/AP invoicing and cash applications; support audits; develop accounting procedures and internal controls; interact with customers and departments; assist Sr. Controller with system/process improvements and ad hoc projects.

Lead DrinkPAK's end-to-end talent lifecycle across multi-site manufacturing: workforce planning, high-volume and executive recruiting, onboarding, L&D, performance management, succession planning, and retention. Build scalable recruiting engines, certification and cross-training programs, talent analytics, and employer branding while managing the Talent team, vendors, ATS/HRIS tooling, and advising executives during rapid expansion.
