Manages end-to-end supply chain and procurement for medical devices and sleep-care products, including inventory planning, production coordination, international logistics, shipping-cost optimization, US 3PL relationships, supplier negotiations, and regulated supplier qualification. Owns supply and inventory KPIs, customs and trade compliance, traceability, returns, vendor performance, and process/tooling development. Requires coordination across manufacturing, quality, regulatory, finance, clinical operations, carriers, customs brokers, and suppliers.

Build relationships with physicians, specialists, and clinics across an assigned territory to generate referrals to Dreem Health’s digital sleep clinic. Educate healthcare providers, organize lunch-and-learns, promote sleep apnea care, track referral activity, report insights, and help shape territory growth. This field-based role requires strong healthcare referral knowledge, relationship-building skills, CRM experience, and daily travel within the San Diego area.

Provides administrative support for healthcare operations by assigning tasks, monitoring alerts, verifying insurance correspondence and patient profiles, maintaining documentation, and communicating with patients and internal teams. The role requires accurate handling of high-volume workflows, escalation of issues, adherence to HIPAA and data protection standards, and independent work across multiple digital platforms in a remote environment.

Build relationships with physicians, specialists, and clinics across a defined territory to drive referrals to a digital sleep clinic. Educate healthcare providers about sleep care services, organize lunch-and-learns, track referral activity, report insights, and help grow provider partnerships. The role requires frequent field engagement, healthcare referral knowledge, CRM usage, and achievement of partnership or sales goals.

Owns cross-functional analysis across growth, clinical operations, revenue, product, supply, and finance. The role translates business questions into analytical frameworks, develops data models in PostgreSQL and SQLMesh, builds BI dashboards and datasets, documents metrics, investigates data quality issues, and communicates actionable insights. Responsibilities include funnel, product, financial, and experiment analysis while enabling stakeholder self-service through reliable reporting and shared semantic models.

Build and maintain scalable backend services for a digital sleep clinic using Python and Django. Develop RESTful APIs, optimize performance, contribute to architecture, integrate partner systems, and protect sensitive health data through secure, compliant practices. Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams in a remote startup environment.
