Owns cross-functional analysis across growth, clinical operations, revenue, product, supply, and finance. The role translates business questions into analytical frameworks, develops data models in PostgreSQL and SQLMesh, builds BI dashboards and datasets, documents metrics, investigates data quality issues, and communicates actionable insights. Responsibilities include funnel, product, financial, and experiment analysis while enabling stakeholder self-service through reliable reporting and shared semantic models.

Owns the front end of the medical billing claim lifecycle by auditing charges, assigning accurate CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes, verifying payer requirements, submitting clean claims, and resolving clearinghouse rejections. The role tracks rejected claims through acceptance, stays current on coding and payer changes, and collaborates with billing staff to address recurring issues. Three years of medical billing and coding experience are required; sleep medicine, DME billing, and Apero experience are preferred.

Build and maintain scalable backend services for a digital sleep clinic using Python and Django. Develop RESTful APIs, optimize performance, contribute to architecture, integrate partner systems, and protect sensitive health data through secure, compliant practices. Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams in a remote startup environment.
