Serve as primary customer-facing technical support contact for Dreamscape Learn. Triage tickets, troubleshoot software/hardware/network/operational issues, escalate when needed, document resolutions, create knowledge base content, and assist with site commissioning, system validation, configuration, and connectivity testing. Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and partners to resolve issues and improve processes.

Responsibilities include designing engaging resources, supporting educators, collaborating with teams, and applying instructional design best practices.

Support accounts payable/receivable, assist month-end and year-end close tasks, prepare journal entries and reconciliations, maintain financial records, perform data entry, help prepare reports and bank reconciliations, and assist with ad hoc financial projects under supervision.

Assist pre-production by creating pre-visualization materials (shot layouts, visual sequences, mockups), translate scripts into visual plans, support ideation for interactive/cinematic content, organize assets, collaborate with creatives, and participate in reviews to produce portfolio-ready work.

Support design and creative initiatives by creating visual assets for digital and print, maintaining brand consistency, developing concepts and mood boards, iterating on feedback, organizing design files, and assisting on special creative projects. Hands-on, mentorship-focused unpaid internship for academic credit.

Support design and content team by creating 3D animations, props, vehicles, basic character/environment animation, revising work from feedback, and organizing animation assets. Gain mentorship and portfolio work while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The Executive Director will lead K12 sales, build partnerships, establish market presence, and provide strategic insights to drive growth in the education technology sector.

The Regional Director will drive new account sales and partnerships in the K-12 sector, engage key leaders, and exceed sales goals through strategic planning and execution.
