Supports the development, formatting, editing, QA, accessibility review, migration, and delivery of curriculum materials across multiple LMS platforms. Maintains organized curriculum assets, tracks versions, applies feedback, and collaborates with instructional designers, subject matter experts, designers, and product teams. The role requires strong writing, editing, organizational, instructional design, and educational technology skills, with familiarity with WCAG accessibility standards.

Provides executive and personal support to the Chairman, managing professional and personal calendars, travel, meetings, correspondence, expenses, household vendors, contractors, errands, and special projects. The role requires discretion, proactive problem-solving, confidentiality, strong organization, and flexibility to work in person in Santa Monica at least three days weekly, with occasional after-hours support and local driving.

Manage accounts receivable and payable, invoicing, collections, reconciliations, month-end close, financial reporting, accruals, inventory and intangible asset schedules. Ensure GAAP compliance, maintain internal controls, support audits, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis. Supervise junior accounting staff, improve procedures, and communicate financial information to stakeholders.
