The Associate Director of Program Data and Analytics oversees data systems and reporting to drive strategic decisions in youth programs, ensuring data-driven processes and stakeholder engagement.

Lead design and implementation of rigorous, Regents- and AP-aligned 9-12 math curriculum; create assessments; analyze student data; design and deliver professional development; coach school leaders and teachers; conduct instructional walkthroughs; and ensure PK-12 STEM alignment across multiple campuses.

Manage planning and execution of fundraising, stewardship, and signature school events. Oversee logistics, vendor coordination, budgets, guest communications, auctions, sponsorship fulfillment, and day-of operations. Serve as Salesforce super user, build dashboards, track event revenue and KPIs, and lead cross-functional event planning with Communications and Major Gifts.

Lead strategy and operations for DREAM's fundraising and stewardship events portfolio, driving revenue, sponsorships, guest experience, and cross-functional planning. Manage event budgets, vendor contracts, KPIs, and a small events team while partnering with Advancement leadership, database and communications staff to optimize systems and donor engagement.

Provide administrative and operational support for Advancement, including Salesforce updates, donor tracking, meeting coordination, donor communications, event logistics, expense reconciliation, and cross-functional project support to enable fundraising and stewardship efforts.

Manage a $7M institutional grants portfolio by writing proposals and reports, stewarding 75+ funders, identifying prospects, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining grant operations and Salesforce records to support fundraising goals.

Design and deliver 45-minute enrichment lessons for PreK–8 students (arts, cultural, or STEM), culminating in projects or performances. Collaborate with Youth Workers and program leads, embed literacy, prepare materials, ensure student safety and positive participation, and follow health and safety protocols.

Deliver engaging after-school enrichment lessons (STEM, arts, cultural) for PreK–8 students, plan series culminating projects, embed literacy, collaborate with Youth Workers and leadership, manage materials and safety, model professional behavior, and support student participation and development.

Design and deliver visual arts enrichment lesson series for PreK-8, collaborate with Youth Workers and program staff, embed literacy, prepare materials, ensure health and safety, model professional behavior, and culminate learning with projects or performances.

The Network Director is responsible for developing and implementing a PreK-12 Humanities curriculum, coaching staff, analyzing student data, and leading curricular improvements.
