The Associate Director of Program Data and Analytics oversees data systems and reporting to drive strategic decisions in youth programs, ensuring data-driven processes and stakeholder engagement.

Lead design and implementation of rigorous, Regents- and AP-aligned 9-12 math curriculum; create assessments; analyze student data; design and deliver professional development; coach school leaders and teachers; conduct instructional walkthroughs; and ensure PK-12 STEM alignment across multiple campuses.

Manage planning and execution of fundraising, stewardship, and signature school events. Oversee logistics, vendor coordination, budgets, guest communications, auctions, sponsorship fulfillment, and day-of operations. Serve as Salesforce super user, build dashboards, track event revenue and KPIs, and lead cross-functional event planning with Communications and Major Gifts.
