Leads enterprise business systems, internal IT, data foundations, integrations, workplace technology, security controls, and disaster recovery. Owns application roadmaps, Salesforce and ERP ecosystems, SaaS vendors, data governance, automation, employee onboarding and support, access management, compliance evidence, and continuity planning. Manages the business systems and IT team, budgets, vendors, and cross-functional interfaces with product engineering.

Manage client case intake, classification, routing, documentation, status updates, and SLA monitoring. Resolve common platform, process, and policy questions; validate forms and supporting information; coordinate with technical, advisory, client service, and relationship teams; and escalate issues when needed. The role supports consistent service delivery through checklists, templates, and workflow processes while developing expertise in cybersecurity risk management, IT controls, regulatory standards, and client engagement.

Performs automation-first quality assurance across web applications, APIs, data pipelines, and AI-powered features. Responsibilities include writing automated tests, evaluating AI outputs, testing security controls, triaging Azure DevOps pipeline failures, documenting bugs, conducting smoke and regression testing, and improving test frameworks and quality tooling within an agile sprint team.

Lead Drawbridge’s FP&A function as the senior finance partner to the CFO, executive team, board, and investors. Own forecasting, budgeting, cash-flow planning, KPI reporting, financial models, board materials, and strategic analysis. Establish scalable planning and reporting processes while partnering with accounting and business leaders. Optimize Salesforce, NetSuite, Excel, and Power BI from a finance perspective. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring direct ownership of analysis, executive presentations, financial strategy, and ad hoc decision support.

Own a portfolio of alternative investment firm clients, building executive relationships, demonstrating cybersecurity business outcomes, monitoring account health, managing renewals, and identifying expansion opportunities. Partner with sales and technical teams, forecast renewals, surface churn risks, communicate regulatory and threat insights, and help clients justify their security investment to boards, partners, and LPs. Regular client visits and proactive advisory engagement are core responsibilities.
