Manage and improve private equity portfolio company renewal operations, including forecasting, customer communications, project tracking, renewal playbooks, segmentation, workflows, escalation paths, and process optimization. Analyze churn, delays, customer feedback, and operational friction to improve retention, reduce manual effort, and increase expansion revenue. Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, Operations, and Product while enhancing Salesforce and related renewal processes.

Lead Drawbridge’s FP&A function as the senior finance partner to the CFO, executive team, board, and investors. Own forecasting, budgeting, cash-flow planning, KPI reporting, financial models, board materials, and strategic analysis. Establish scalable planning and reporting processes while partnering with accounting and business leaders. Optimize Salesforce, NetSuite, Excel, and Power BI from a finance perspective. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring direct ownership of analysis, executive presentations, financial strategy, and ad hoc decision support.

Own a portfolio of alternative investment firm clients, building executive relationships, demonstrating cybersecurity business outcomes, monitoring account health, managing renewals, and identifying expansion opportunities. Partner with sales and technical teams, forecast renewals, surface churn risks, communicate regulatory and threat insights, and help clients justify their security investment to boards, partners, and LPs. Regular client visits and proactive advisory engagement are core responsibilities.
