Own a high-volume portfolio of alternative investment firm clients, building executive relationships, driving retention and expansion, managing renewals, monitoring account health, forecasting risk, and translating cybersecurity outcomes into business value. The role partners with client success and technical teams, conducts regular client visits, supports regulatory and LP due diligence conversations, and uses AI tools to manage account context and engagement efficiently.

Performs automation-first quality assurance across web applications, APIs, data pipelines, and AI-powered features. Responsibilities include writing automated tests, evaluating AI outputs, testing security controls, triaging Azure DevOps pipeline failures, documenting bugs, conducting smoke and regression testing, and improving test frameworks and quality tooling within an agile sprint team.

Lead Drawbridge’s FP&A function as the senior finance partner to the CFO, executive team, board, and investors. Own forecasting, budgeting, cash-flow planning, KPI reporting, financial models, board materials, and strategic analysis. Establish scalable planning and reporting processes while partnering with accounting and business leaders. Optimize Salesforce, NetSuite, Excel, and Power BI from a finance perspective. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring direct ownership of analysis, executive presentations, financial strategy, and ad hoc decision support.
