Administer and improve Salesforce (primary) and CPQ-driven quote-to-cash processes. Manage day-to-day system operations, user support, reporting, data consistency across GTM tools, integrations, and data quality. Lead cross-functional GTM systems projects, translate requirements into solutions, provide training/onboarding and change management, and support sales and end-user enablement.

Own a book of alternative investment firm clients, build executive relationships, drive net revenue retention through proactive engagement, risk surfacing, renewals management, and expansion. Partner with internal technical teams, leverage AI tools to manage accounts, and contribute market intelligence and RM playbook development.
