Supports DraftKings Predictions’ financial crimes compliance program by analyzing AML requirements and emerging risks, optimizing transaction monitoring controls, advising on compliant product features, conducting risk assessments, supporting audits and regulatory responses, and managing compliance escalations. The role partners with Compliance, Risk, Product, and Analytics teams to strengthen governance, quality assurance, and ongoing program improvements in prediction markets and regulated financial services.

Build and manage relationships with VIP players to drive revenue, loyalty, and brand advocacy. Responsibilities include personalized communications, local events, escalation handling, promoting games and offers, collecting player feedback, monitoring market trends, and following responsible gaming policies. The role requires customer-facing or sales experience, analytical decision-making, travel, nights and weekends, and obtaining required state gaming licenses.
