Lead and improve the Transformation Management Office by defining governance, portfolio and programme methodologies, overseeing intake, prioritisation, budgeting, capacity planning, risk and dependency management, and benefits realisation. Provide reporting and assurance to executives, manage and develop TMO Analysts, ensure compliance with standards and quality gates, and act as subject matter expert for portfolio governance.

Lead the Business Architecture function to align strategy, operating model, and enterprise architecture. Drive AI strategy integration, governance, and design assurance while managing a multidisciplinary team. Define target operating models, measure impact with KPIs, engage senior stakeholders, and oversee resource, budget, and quality controls for large-scale transformation.

Lead annual strategic planning, conduct market and competitive analysis, build business cases and financial models, evaluate M&A targets, align cross-functional stakeholders, monitor strategic project delivery and risks, report to executives, foster data-driven decision making and mentor staff.

Lead the people component of large-scale organisational transformation: design structures, roles, RACIs, behaviours, and transition plans; govern standards; coach leaders; measure effectiveness; manage people impacts and report to senior leadership.

Support the Transformation Management Office by maintaining portfolio dashboards, enforcing governance, managing risk/issue logs, facilitating reviews, tracking finances, and providing PMO guidance and continuous improvement.

Serve as the Network Finance subject-matter expert supporting depots and regional teams. Deliver data-driven insights, lead high-impact projects, standardise reporting and processes, identify cost-savings and risks, redesign reporting for agile decisions, and provide ad-hoc analytics to support senior finance managers.
