Manage depot operations to deliver customer service and meet targets for cost, safety, security, productivity and transport. Lead recruitment, development and employee relations; manage P&L, performance analysis and continuous improvement; cover operational shifts including weekends.

Provide finance and administrative support for depot operations including daily cost reporting, weekly payroll processing, purchase order and invoice coding, stock and fuel administration, compliance documentation uploads, absence management, onboarding support, and auditing operational controls. Liaise with regional finance, fleet, payroll and HR teams and perform adhoc administrative duties.

Oversee daily depot operations to meet service, cost, safety, security, productivity and transport targets. Recruit, develop and retain staff while ensuring compliance and employee relations processes. Manage P&L through planning and reporting, monitor performance using data analysis, and implement process improvements and innovative working methods. Cover a five-shift rota including some weekends; role requires a full UK driving licence.
