Supports regional finance and depot operations through weekly payroll processing, supplier payments, cost reporting, purchase orders, invoice coding, financial reconciliations, audit support, and automation. Maintains absence, training, driver licensing, fleet, fuel, compliance, and operational quality records. Works with finance, payroll, fleet, data, and depot teams to resolve issues, maintain controls, and ensure accurate, timely administration.

Oversee the daily operation of a parcel delivery depot, ensuring high service levels, cost control, productivity, transport performance, health and safety, and security. Manage recruitment, employee development, retention, compliance, and employee relations. Own P&L planning and reporting, analyze operational performance, and implement improvements and innovative working practices. The role requires leadership of fast-paced logistics teams, flexible shift coverage, and a full UK driving licence.
