Make outbound calls to generate high-quality appointment leads for Field Sales Executives. Identify prospects, gather and record shipping requirements in Salesforce/CRM, meet daily and weekly targets, liaise with sales colleagues, and promote company products and services.

Lead IT procurement category strategy and sourcing for infrastructure, applications, hardware and services (£~50M spend). Manage RFI/RFPs, negotiations, contracts, supplier performance, compliance, and cross‑functional stakeholder engagement. Provide team leadership for IT commercial function and support transformational projects while driving cost savings, supplier optimization and sustainability considerations.

Oversee daily depot operations to meet service, cost, safety, security, productivity and transport targets. Recruit, develop and retain staff while ensuring compliance and employee relations processes. Manage P&L through planning and reporting, monitor performance using data analysis, and implement process improvements and innovative working methods. Cover a five-shift rota including some weekends; role requires a full UK driving licence.
