Supports DPD UK’s Central Operations Finance team through daily and weekly P&L preparation, performance reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, management information, and cost control. The role also assists with process improvement, automation, stakeholder requests, and presentation preparation. Candidates must hold a minimum 2:1 university degree, demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and be willing to study ACCA or CIMA.

The Territory Sales Executive will generate new business revenue through prospecting, cold calling, door-to-door sales, and regular customer visits. Responsibilities include building a prospect funnel, pursuing trading opportunities, meeting weekly visit and product targets, monitoring new-customer performance, resolving variances, collecting credit documentation, and handing new accounts to customer care or account managers. The role requires strong communication, persuasion, resilience, organization, and customer-focused sales skills, along with a full UK driving licence.

Leads high-volume talent acquisition for transport and warehouse operations, including workforce planning, peak-season staffing, employer branding, recruitment partnerships, compliance, audits, analytics, cost optimization, and stakeholder engagement. The role develops talent pipelines, improves hiring capability and candidate experience, ensures UK employment-law compliance, and provides workforce insights to senior leadership.
