Support operations by analysing parcel volume forecasts, producing route plans and rosters, monitoring projects, liaising with hubs, depots and network to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Manage day-to-day operations of the Ipswich depot, ensuring safety, productivity, service levels and P&L performance. Lead and develop large, shift-based teams across 24/7 operations, set targets, report performance, and maintain security and cost control.

Provide administrative finance support for depot operations including daily cost reporting, weekly payroll processing, invoice coding, stock and fuel administration, compliance documentation, absence management, onboarding, fleet and driver documentation checks, and local operational audits. Work with regional finance, fleet, payroll and HR teams and provide cross-cover within the finance admin network.
