Interns support administrative tasks and active projects, conduct research, gather and analyze data, compile reports, participate in meetings, and suggest process improvements. They learn the company’s business, assist peers and clients professionally, manage assigned tasks, and become proficient with internal software systems. The position is a 12-week, full-time temporary internship running May through August 2027, with a hybrid schedule requiring three to four days per week in the Fort Wayne office.
