Installs and supports computer hardware and software, responds to user support requests and trouble tickets, troubleshoots Windows environments, and provides customer service. Leads organization-wide learning and development programs, including needs assessments, training design, new-hire orientation, leadership development, compliance training, and train-the-trainer initiatives. Evaluates training effectiveness, maintains learning records, supports career development, coaches managers, coordinates vendors and webinars, and advises departments on employee performance and development. Ensures training goals, materials, calendars, budgets, and regulatory requirements remain current and effective.

Reviews and prescreens applicants, verifies employment documentation, maintains personnel records, updates HRIS, supports hiring managers, posts vacancies, coordinates recruitment events, and assists with onboarding and orientation. Provides HR support, answers employee questions, ensures regulatory compliance, maintains confidentiality, and performs HR Assistant duties as needed.

Leads the global Human Resources function for a casino resort and affiliated enterprises. Develops HR strategy, recruiting and retention programs, succession planning, compensation and benefits, training, employee relations, compliance, budgets, policies, workforce forecasts, and organizational capability initiatives. Advises executive leadership, oversees HR staff, conducts investigations and exit interviews, ensures confidentiality and legal compliance, and supports employee and management relations in a 24-hour gaming environment.

Leads earned media, community outreach, crisis communications, reputation management, and media relations. Serves as the company spokesperson, develops press materials and crisis protocols, coordinates with law enforcement during critical incidents, trains executives, monitors public sentiment, and represents the organization at community events. The role supports Downstream Casino Resort and other Quapaw Nation business enterprises.

Maintains marketing records, calendars, flyers, financial support materials, promotional displays, supplies, correspondence, and meeting schedules. Provides administrative and customer service support to marketing and casino operations while protecting confidential information and following company policies.

Supervise casino promotions, drawings, tournaments, giveaways, kiosks, and special events. Coordinate event setup and execution, manage prize inventory and documentation, ensure gaming compliance, train promotions staff, resolve guest concerns, maintain promotional records, and recommend process improvements. Partner with Marketing and casino departments to implement promotional technologies, evaluate effectiveness, and deliver a positive guest experience.
