Installs and supports computer hardware and software, responds to user support requests and trouble tickets, troubleshoots Windows environments, and provides customer service. The role coordinates technical work with users, supports Microsoft Office and networking environments, maintains professional standards, attends training, and assists with IT projects and other assigned duties on a 24-hour schedule.

Leads organization-wide learning and development programs, including needs assessments, training design, new-hire orientation, leadership development, compliance training, and train-the-trainer initiatives. Evaluates training effectiveness, maintains learning records, supports career development, coaches managers, coordinates vendors and webinars, and advises departments on employee performance and development. Ensures training goals, materials, calendars, budgets, and regulatory requirements remain current and effective.

Reviews and prescreens applicants, verifies employment documentation, maintains personnel records, updates HRIS, supports hiring managers, posts vacancies, coordinates recruitment events, and assists with onboarding and orientation. Provides HR support, answers employee questions, ensures regulatory compliance, maintains confidentiality, and performs HR Assistant duties as needed.
