Receive and dispatch materials and equipment, process purchase requisitions and invoices, coordinate supplier deliveries, manage Defence security requirements and DCAC cards, and provide stores and consumables support. The role requires warehouse administration experience, stock control or ERP/CMMS system knowledge, WHS compliance including hazardous goods storage, strong communication and customer service skills, and a mandatory forklift licence.

Manage export control activities supporting Australian Defence capability projects. Prepare ITAR approval packages, including Third Party Retransfers and Technical Assistance Agreements; support Foreign Military Sales and Direct Commercial Sales; maintain compliance records and audit documentation; and contribute to export control governance, policies, procedures, and frameworks. Provide compliance advice while coordinating with Defence, government, and industry stakeholders.

Supports Defence project delivery and sustainment through procurement, contract administration, logistics, equipment lifecycle management, governance, reporting, correspondence, records management, and stakeholder coordination. Responsibilities include preparing RFQs, RFTs, ASDEFCON documentation, purchase orders, outline agreements, invoices, briefs, risk documentation, and project reports. The role also assists the System Manager and collaborates with Defence stakeholders, industry partners, and sustainment providers.
