Lead delivery of a major maintenance and operations contract for key Sydney motorways. Manage contract governance, stakeholder relationships, safety, compliance, budgets, commercial performance, risk, and a multidisciplinary leadership team to ensure reliable, efficient asset operations and continuous improvement.

Manage operational delivery of road maintenance projects across Victoria's Hume region, ensuring safety (Zero Harm), cost and quality compliance. Plan resources and schedules, oversee project engineers, supervisors, subcontractors and site staff, support tender preparation and negotiation, and use MS Project and Excel for project control.

Lead traffic management governance and compliance across the state by auditing works and documentation, reviewing and endorsing TMPs and TGSs, preparing internal TMPs/TGSs, assisting with road occupancy permits, identifying risks and non-conformances, coaching operational teams, and promoting safe work practices.
