Leads cost control across a power-project portfolio, overseeing budgets, commitments, actuals, accruals, forecasts, reconciliations, margin, cash flow, risks, and reporting. Manages and develops cost control staff, challenges project assumptions, strengthens governance and systems, and collaborates with project management, finance, procurement, engineering, and delivery teams to improve financial control and decision-making.

Coordinate inbound and outbound stock, warehouse activities, purchase orders, inventory requests, stock movements, returns, stocktakes, and audits. Maintain accurate inventory records, support field teams and technicians, liaise with suppliers and stakeholders, and improve logistics processes while maintaining a safe, organized warehouse.

Manage warehouse operations supporting telecommunications field teams. Responsibilities include receiving, picking, packing, dispatching, inventory recordkeeping, purchase order processing, stock movements and returns, equipment inspections, supplier coordination, and promoting health and safety. The role requires accurate system transactions, strong organisation, customer-focused communication, and collaboration with technicians and internal stakeholders. A full New Zealand Driver Licence is required; telecommunications or infrastructure experience is beneficial, and forklift training may be provided.
